Willamette Riverfest, Sternwheeler the Rose, Ross Island Cruise
Join Bob Sallinger from Portland Audubon Society and Mike Houck from the Urban Greenspaces Institute on a family-oriented two hour cruise around Ross Island. This is time for you and your family to get out on the river and see great blue herons, osprey and bald eagles nests.

6pm.
Join Bob Sallinger from Portland Audubon Society and Mike Houck from the Urban Greenspaces Institute on a family-oriented two hour cruise around Ross Island. If you don’t paddle and canoe or kayak this is time for you and your family to get out on the river and see great blue herons, osprey and bald eagles nests. We will cruise up through the Holgate Channel and circumnavigate Ross, Hardtack, and East Islands. Cost is $25 per person (children 5 and under are free) and space is limited. After your registration has been processed you will be emailed a confirmation letter with the trip meeting information and payment directions.
Pre-registration is required. Trip size is limited, please register early. For those who do not have access to the web they can register by calling 503-292-6855, ask to be transferred to #116. Directions and other details for each trip will be emailed to registrants after registering on the website. Registration must be received by 4:00 pm on the Friday before weekend trips or by 4:00 pm the day before weekday trips.
