Swift Watch Outreach

Here’s how to become a Swift Watch Outreach Volunteer for 2011:

Sept 1 – 30

1. Contact Audubon’s volunteer coordinator, Deanna Sawtelle at:

Tell her you want to be in the Swift Watch Outreach volunteer data base for 2011.

Say it is OK or Not OK to share your contact info with other volunteers.

(If you are a new volunteer with Portland Audubon, you must also attend a volunteer orientation. Click here to find about upcoming volunteer orientations.

2. Schedule yourself for a shift(s) as a Swift Watch Outreach Volunteer with Cindy von Ofenheim at:

Tell Cindy your preferred nights of the week and/or specific dates to volunteer.

We are hoping a number of volunteers will be able to do weekly shifts.

3. Attend one of the two Swift Watch Outreach trainings at the Audubon Society of Portland:

August 23^th (Tuesday) 6:30 – 8:30 pm Heron Hall

August 2^6th (Friday) 6:30 – 8:30 pm Heron Hall

Please RSVP with Cindy for one of the trainings.

We’d like all S.W.O. volunteers to attend. If you cannot, let Cindy know.
