Migrating Vaux's swifts draw a crowd

Each night during the month of September, thousands of Vaux's Swifts feed on insects in the twilight skies near Chapman school in Northwest Portland.
While the Chapman location is perhaps more well known, the swifts also roost in North Portland's Kenton neighborhood.
