ONDA opposes wind power sites

The Oregon Natural Desert Association (ONDA) says they will fight the majority of the wind power sites proposed in Harney County, OR, especially those in the Steens Mountain area. ONDA presented a report (endorsed by the Audubon Society of Portland and others) to the Harney County Court last week summarizing their stand on each wind power project.
