On-line registration for adult classes is in the process of being
operational as of March 1rst. It is not available for all classes yet
but hopefully by mid-month. If you have difficulty with using the
system for the few classes it is available for now, please send Steve
Engel an email: sengel@audubonportland.org. Thanks.
To register by phone, mail or email: Follow the steps below.
STEP 1: GET YOUR NAME ON THE CLASS ROSTER

Provide your full name, name of class
you wish to register for, and your contact information. Please spell your name and repeat your phone number.
Many classes fill up early so feel free to request confirmation that there is still room in the class before going to step 2.
However, your best bet is to go ahead and send in your payment, especially if the class has not been advertised for more than a few weeks. Your payment will be refunded if you don't get in and a wait list is kept for last minute cancellations.
STEP 2: PAY THE CLASS FEE
Payment is required to secure your place in the class. It is in your best interest to pay your class fee promptly.
A. CHECKS
- Make payable to Audubon Society of Portland.

Enclose
a slip of paper with your name(s), name of class(es) paying for, your contact information (email is especially helpful).
B. VISA
- A 3% service fee will be charged.
You can call the Nature Store during store
hours, 10am - 6pm Mon-Sat. and 10am - 5pm Sunday. 503-292-WILD
(9453). Let them know you are already on the class roster (STEP 1).
Or you can call 971-222-6119 and speak with Steve Engel, Adult
Education Coordinator, usually 10am-6pm, Mon - Fri.
C. PAY AT THE NATURE STORE
- cash, check or VISA (+3%) is accepted at the Audubon Nature Store.
STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed steps 1 & 2 you can safely assume
you are in the class. In a perfect world I will email or mail you a
confirmation notice. If all you need to know was included in the
advertisement for the class then you might not receive a confirmation
notice from me because, well, because the world is not always perfect.
When additional information is needed by class participants then you
can expect to receive a confirmation notice with that information.
