Hiking through the forest and alongside the pond and Balch Creek, you’ll stop to observe and sketch animals and plants in their habitats. Become a naturalist in true John James Audubon style as you record the shapes, textures and colors of wildlife and their surroundings in your own sketchbook. Learn tips and techniques for capturing basic shapes, volume, proportions, and such details as fur and feathers in your sketches.
This camp takes place on site at the Audubon Society of Portland.
