First ducklings of the season!

The first ducklings of the season came into the care center on April 14.

The first ducklings of the season came into the care center on April 14. Eleven very young ducklings were admitted after their mother was found dead. At this age, the youngsters cannot thermoregulate well so they are housed in a warm incubator. Please see our Living with Wildlife section for information about our Urban Mallards.
