Bird Alliance of Oregon Birding Day: Ankeny & Baskett Slough Wildlife Refuges with Brodie Cass Talbott *FULL*

On this self-driving trip we’ll start at Ankeny National Wildlife Refuge searching for waterfowl, wintering songbirds, and Acorn Woodpecker. In the afternoon we’ll enjoy flocks of waterfowl and hunting raptors at Baskett Slough, before ending the day looking for Short-eared Owl in nearby meadows.

Bring lunch and dress for the weather. You will drive yourself for the day. Brodie will reach out with further details before the trip.

Trip limited to 10 participants.

All COVID-19 safety protocols dictated by the Oregon Health Authority will be followed on our programs. Masks are mandatory.
