Audubon Birding Day: Tillamook Area Birding
We will meet in Tillamook for this exploration of various hotspots through estuaries, woodland patches, farm fields, and wetlands. We will search for shorebirds and waterfowl flocks that will be moving in for the winter. Mixed species passerine flocks may hold surprises. We’ll spend time searching for unusual birds such as Long-tailed Duck, White-tailed Kite, and Palm Warbler.
Bring lunch and dress for the weather. You will drive yourself for the day. Dan will reach out with further details before the trip.
Trip limited to 10 participants.
