Audubon Birding Day: Tillamook *FULL*
Trip rescheduled from January 15 to February 12 due to tsunami concerns.
Join Stefan on a day trip to Tillamook for this exploration of various hotspots through estuaries, woodland patches, farm fields, and wetlands. In winter, the agricultural fields in Tillamook serve as a refuge for gulls, sparrows, and raptors. Black Phoebe and White-tailed Kite are among the day’s targets. Hopefully, there will be some rarities to look for in the lowlands.
We will meet in Tillamook at the western edge of the Safeway parking lot. Bring lunch and dress for the weather. You will drive yourself for the day.
Trip limited to 10 participants.
