Bird Alliance of Oregon Birding Day: Wasco Splendor

Join Stefan for a full day of Wasco County on the east side of Mt. Hood. We will cross a variety of different habitats in what is probably the best time of the year to bird the area. Birdsong will be abundant! Targets are too many to mention, but include Gray Flycatcher, Long-billed Curlew, and Williamson’s Sapsucker.

You will drive yourself. Bring lunch, snack, water, and dress for the weather. Meet at 6 a.m. at the garden center entrance of the Fred Meyer at the Gateway Transit Center at 45.5309, -122.5618. Back by 8:30 p.m. This is a long day!

Trip limited to 10 participants.
