Animal Tracking, Session 1 (No Camp July 4) *FULL*

Polish your awareness and observation skills as you hike, crawl and scramble your way through the forest looking for evidence of animals. Observe tracks, pelts, skulls and other animal specimens that will launch you into the subtle art of tracking. Learn how to read the stories that tracks and sign reveal. You will even learn how to create a plaster cast of an animal’s track to start your very own collection!

Week-long Camp — Wilderness Scouts Track: July 3 – July 7 (No Camp July 4), 8:30/8:45 a.m. – 3:00/3:15 p.m.
Grades: 2-3
Drop off Location:
Grades 2-3 meet in Heron Hall, in our Interpretive Center at, 5151 NW Cornell Rd. Please drop campers off in paved parking lot on north side of campus.
Type of Camp: In the Sanctuary day camps combine art, science experiments and games with explorations of our beautiful, 172-acre Nature Sanctuary and neighboring Forest Park.
