Field Trip: Ankeny & Baskett Slough

*This trip has been changed from Timothy Lake to Ankeny & Baskett Slough due to Timothy Lake closures.

Join Dan van den Broek birding Ankeny Wildlife Refuge. Nearby Oak Woodlands are host to Western Bluebird and Acorn Woodpeckers while the open water and wetlands of the nearly 2800 acre wildlife refuge will have flocks of waterfowl and an assortment of shorebirds. November is a wonderful time of year to explore this area!

Bring lunch and dress for the weather. You will provide your own transportation. Details on where to meet to come in a follow-up email.

Trip limited to 10 participants.

This outdoor program will require masks and follow all physical distancing and safety protocols dictated by the Oregon Health Administration. Scroll down for details.
