Shorebirds II: The Less Common Species

This class concentrates on the less common species of shorebirds found in Oregon during southbound migration (July – October). By comparing them to the more common species, you will learn to recognize the rarities when you find them. It is not necessary to have taken Shorebirds I, but it will be helpful to be familiar with the more common shorebirds typically found in Oregon.
