Autumn Shorebirds II: The Less Common Species

Tucked away within the large flocks of migrating shorebirds that pass through Oregon each autumn are less-common species that you might overlook. Trying to learn all the shorebird species at once can be overwhelming. This class will introduce you to uncommon shorebirds by comparing them to the common species that you probably already know. Side-by-side comparisons will highlight the features that help you identify rarities like a pro.
