Field Trip: Birding by Ear – Shorebirds of Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge *FULL*
Join us for a morning at Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge! We’ll practice our newly acquired birding by ear skills in the wild, listening for shorebirds, and whoever else comes along!
We’ll meet in the parking lot at 7 a. m. sharp and head out into the field, walking the trails and identifying shorebirds by sight and sound. Please note that the bathrooms at TRNWR are closed, but there are porta-potties at the visitor center. Although we are starting early, expect full sun and warm temps.
Trip limited to 8 participants.
This outdoor program will follow all physical distancing and safety protocols dictated by the Oregon Health Administration. Scroll down for details.
