Introduction to Herping: Amphibians and Reptiles of the Portland Area

Birds may get most of the attention, but there are many colorful and interesting creatures right underfoot. This class will introduce you to the amphibians and reptiles (herps) found in the Portland area. In addition to identifying each one, you will learn how to find and safely study these animals without causing harm to them or their habitats.
