Bird Journal Basics: Coloration and Markings
No art experience is needed! Relaxation and awareness help you learn new ways of seeing, and then of drawing and using watercolor simply. For joy, not mastery! Keeping a bird journal is fun, easy, portable, and a creative relaxing way to record your experiences with birds, at home, or anywhere in the field in a more creative than “perfection” style. Each class has a different focus, and each class reviews some basics.
Learn ways to simplify those complex patterns on birds, using pen, watercolor, fun prints and stamps with plants, etc. Resulting in markings and coloration that read well and are simple! Come find out how in this session!
Bring lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.
