Distance Learning: Bird Nest Basics with Candace Larson

Explore the wonder of nesting behavior with Bird Alliance of Oregon field biologist Candace Larson. During this interactive one-hour virtual class, we’ll explore the mechanics and ecology of bird nests and the fascinating diversity of nesting strategies, discuss common backyard nesters in the Portland area and what you can do to provide a hospitable home for our avian friends.

      • Class fee: $20 members / $30 non-members
