Flycatchers!

Flycatchers are small birds from the tropics, known for their aerial acrobatics as they catch insects in mid-air.  Some species sport bright colors and flashy patterns, making identification easy, while others are cryptic, requiring close looks and vocalizations to tell them apart.

This class will introduce you to all the flycatcher species that regularly visit Oregon to nest, along with a few tropical vagrants, and show you how to identify each one by sight and sound.
