*FULL* Forest to Farm (Overnight Th-Fri)

Ever wondered how you would feed yourself if there were no supermarkets? Curious about how people mimic the intricate patterns of the forest to grow crops without man-made chemicals? Hop on board as we explore the connections between farming and the wilderness. Make butter from milk and dyes from native plants. We’ll visit local natural areas and farms to learn how people are acting as stewards of the land while growing healthy foods for their communities. We will finish the week with an overnight experience at Bird Alliance of Oregon’s very own Marmot Cabin, exploring our forest filled with wildlife and many safe, edible delights
