*FULL* Herpetology 102

Do Coastal Giant Salamanders really bark when they’re upset? Do Pacific Chorus Frogs actually hang out in trees? These questions and more will all be answered as we search for the favorite hide-outs of reptiles and amphibians living in the Pacific NW. Plunge your hands into the cool waters of Oneonta Gorge, grasping for Coastal Giant Salamanders. Overturn rocks at Catherine Creek in hopes of coaxing a Northern Alligator Lizard from its hiding spot. Learn how to identify Red-legged Frogs right here in the Bird Alliance of Oregon Sanctuary and hike the trails in search of the Rough-skinned Newt. Become an expert on these fascinating creatures as we search high and low for all things scaly and smooth.
