There is good birding from mid-October through March. Stefan will outline which seasonal specialties to look for and in particular, he will cover when, where, and how to see these seasonal targets to become a more efficient birder.

      • Class fee: $20 members / $30 non-members
      • Note: At this time, distance learning classes with Portland Audubon are not available outside of the allotted time. We will be sure to make our most popular distance learning sessions available again. Thank you!

 

Meet the Instructor

Stefan Schlick

Stefan is a birding expert and has birded in Europe and North America extensively. After living in Wisconsin, Florida, California, and Washington, Stefan has settled in Oregon where he has served as a member of the Oregon Bird Records Committee. Stefan is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and love of birds with the folks on his trips.
