Field Trip: Lolo Pass

Let’s explore Lolo Pass Road! Lolo Pass has a nice mix of riparian, deciduous and coniferous woodlands that we can make various stops at to look for finches, sparrows, woodpeckers etc.

We’ll make various stops through changing habitats as this road climbs the flanks of Mt. Hood. Red Crossbill, Evening Grosbeak, Sooty Grouse, and Horned Lark are possibilities.

Bring lunch and dress for the weather. You will provide your own transportation. Details on where to meet to come in a follow-up email.

Trip limited to 10 participants.

This outdoor program will require masks and follow all physical distancing and safety protocols dictated by the Oregon Health Administration. Scroll down for details.
