Oregon Woodpeckers with Brodie Cass Talbott

With twelve breeding species, Central Oregon has long been renowned as one of the regions with the most diversity of woodpecker species in North America. This class will focus on the seven species that are not often seen in Portland, but can be found a short drive away.

Mountain lover and woodpecker-obsessed Brodie Cass Talbott shares identification tips, habitat keys, and places to search for some of the hardest to find woodpeckers in the country.
