Walk amongst the ancients as we explore some of the oldest redwood forests along the northern California coast. We’ll travel by bus down to Jedidiah Smith State Park and stay at an Outdoor School site right in the heart of the thick redwood forest where Banana Slugs, Marbled Murrelets, and other wildlife call these huge, majestic trees home.
On our last night we will travel to and camp at Honeyman State Park and explore the dunes, lakes, and marine ecosystem of Oregon’s southern beaches. Come explore and learn about the unique ecosystem and human history of these areas as we hike, swim, tidepool and immerse ourselves in these amazing natural areas.
