Shorebird Identification II

This class takes a look at the less common species of shorebird that migrate through Oregon every year. We will look at the subtle characteristics that enable you to pick these rarities out of the crowds of more common species. It will be helpful if you are familiar with the most common shorebirds before taking this class.

A Pacific Golden Plover stands on the mossy rocky ground. The bird's beak is open as if it were vocalizing.
