Distance Learning: Shorebirds with John Rakestraw

Unlike the steady trickle of southbound birds in the fall, shorebird migration in the spring is fast and furious, with massive numbers of migrants passing through Oregon on their way to arctic nesting grounds. Local author John Rakestraw will teach you to recognize all the common shorebird species by color, shape, and behavior.
