Slugs & Bugs *FULL*

It’s summer and that means slugs and bugs have started pollinating, crawling, flying, spinning, and buzzing around your neighborhood and other natural spaces. Let’s go on a bug hunt! We’ll spend time in our Nature Sanctuary turning over leaves, rocks, and logs to discover the smaller animals that call this forest home. Learn about pollinators and their role in our ecosystem, find beetles, butterflies, spiders, worms, and slugs who call nature their home, and create bug-related artwork during this week of exploration!

Week-long Camp: August 1 – August 5, 8:30/8:45 a.m. – 3:15/3:30 p.m.
Grades: 1-2
