Virtual Travel with Portland Audubon: Birding Brazil with Stefan Schlick
Join us for an informal presentation where Stefan will share birding and wildlife highlights and stories from last year’s Portland Audubon ecotour to Brazil. Participants spent about a week exploring the Atlantic Rainforest and the Pantanal, one of the largest wetlands and most amazing places in the world, looking for species like Shrike-like Cotinga, Giant Snipe, Russet-winged Spadebill, Hyacinth Macaw, Greater Rhea, Sunbittern, several species of antbirds, the Gray-winged and Black-and-gold Cotinga and hummingbirds like the Plovercrest!
