Wild Diversity Counts the Birds!

Bird Alliance of Oregon and Wild Diversity are joining up for on another event for BIPOC and LGBTQ folks in our communities! Wild Diversity‘s mission is to elevate Black, Indigenous, all People of Color (BIPOC) & the LGBTQ communities in the outdoors by providing a safe and welcoming space for our community to explore outdoor adventures in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

If you identify as BIPOC or LGBTQ, consider joining the Wild Diversity team on this year’s Christmas Bird Count!  Lead by Bird Alliance of Oregon biologist Greg Smith, you’ll learn the basics of bird identification and ecology while contributing the the longest-running community science project in North America!  Beginners welcome.
