Winged Wonders, Session 3 *FULL*

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to fly through the forest? Have you ever wondered how different animals use their wings differently to fly? Come learn about all of the special adaptations animals have that help them fly while examining birds bones and handling prepared specimens. Walk through the forest looking for these creatures of the sky and other tiny winged wonders you can find!

Week-long Camp — Creature Creators Track: August 21 – August 25, 8:30/8:45 a.m. – 3:00/3:15 p.m.
Grades: 2-3
Drop off Location:
Grades 2-3 meet in Heron Hall, in our Interpretive Center at, 5151 NW Cornell Rd. Please drop campers off in paved parking lot on north side of campus.
Type of Camp: In the Sanctuary day camps combine art, science experiments and games with explorations of our beautiful, 172-acre Nature Sanctuary and neighboring Forest Park.
