Field Trip: Winter Migrant Birds at Oaks Bottom with Brodie Cass Talbott

There’s no better way to up your winter birding game than learning the chip notes and alarm calls of our migrant songbirds. On this field trip we’ll enjoy all of the birds of the Oaks Bottom area, listening for songbirds, but also checking in on wintering waterfowl, and keeping an eye out for raptors and some of the aquatic mammals that frequent the area.

Amenities (bathrooms and parking): Large parking lot with a bathroom
Public transit: Trimet 70 and 99 both stop within a ½ mile of the meetup
