Field Trip: Winter Migrant Birds at Oaks Bottom with Brodie Cass Talbott *FULL*

There’s no better way to up your winter birding game than learning the chip notes and alarm calls of our migrant songbirds. In this field trip we’ll enjoy all of the birds of this wonderful refuge, paying special attention to what we hear from our skulking winter migrants. 

We’ll meet at the parking lot on SE 7th ave before hiking down to the refuge. Total distance around 2 miles, on gravel and mud trails, with one moderate hill. Come dressed for any kind of weather!

Public transit: Trimet 70 and 99 both stop within a ½ mile of the meetup
